Hi, I too can't understand why such guys create virus in order to run their business. Instead of these they can concentrate on improving the quality of software and window version and their usability , it too can fetch them with money.

Yeah NYC almost certainly has a low rate, at least for the centre of the metropolitan area. Like London must have a low rate, especially within the central 12 or so districts, but overall greater London probably has at least an average rate any maybe a really high one!
I think it really is Paris, for the top gas-guzzled-per-baguette-chewing-citizen-of-ze-Republic ;)

I think NYC has a fairly low vehicle ownership per capita rate as the cast majority either walks or uses public transport.

I intend to be up and on the move as soon as possible, although iin a a different manner than this trip. Slightly shorter, hoping to travel with someone else (no idea who yet, I just want to do it that way now to see how it is, plus it's a SHIT-TON cheaper..) and with a more cunningly designed travel plan, as opposed to vaguely making it up as I go and wasting lots of time everywhere.
Still, I did get to have a really good feel for all those places I lounged around in for three weeks doing fuck-all!

Airsoft not sold, I believe, were a Marui G36C, heavily used but shooting 350fps and with new internal gubbins; a WE 1911 with threaded barrel and silencer; and possibly a Marui M3 shorty with wicked-cool smooth pistol grip, so it looks like a super-modernised Ithaca 37 shorty. But I gavce that to my brother to tinker with before I left so I can't remember if I actually own it still or not...

just read your facebooks. am awesome! let me know when you're travelling in norfolk, and i'll take you for a pint. got married in november, moved into our first place (a ridiculously overpriced nice looking but actually quite awful flat) and are now moving again due to cashflow. So, you gonna be back for good, or you gonna go travelling again someday?

Yes, but this is all the complaining I do ;) I'm in the hospo trade so complaining is a big no-no - plus I'm management (the poor, mad fools) so I gotta stay super-chirpy for all the staff, lead by example and all that. Actually I get more tips than any of the pretty girls (and gosh aren't some of them pretty?! Seriously..) at the bar because I'm always dancing and jinking about the place, which looks good in every way to customers.

So I need to bitch abouyt stuff somewhere! And to be fair this is almost all I could think of to complain about over a period of three months or so. I think that's pretty good.

If you don't have internet how am you doin dis? Is you magicz all of a sudden? :P
Yes, god I miss being able to work on the back bar and dance - we have a wicked DJ, even if his choices are limited - but we have a thing called Alien Nation somewhere here in NZ soon, would deeply love to go a-dancing for 48 hours or so... ;)

It does not surprise me a bit that the cab drivers in other countries raise their prices when the take a tourist to and from where they need to go. It, from my eyes, can be because it is their way of charges tourists for visiting and staying in a country that is not their own.

And yes it is a bit if a shame few brits of around our age think it worthwhile to explore old blighty, I did plenty when I was a whippersnapper in the lee of the wildly careening ship `Parents` but still plenty more to go. Scotland I have only been to two or three times and I was a lot younger - a few years under the age for a pint, notably!

Nice to see that you are missing the UK enough to be planning your return activities!!!!

I've always wanted to travel the UK as well, i think as a nation we are all to eager to fuck off and explore the rest of the world failing to notice the beauty we have at home. I have promised myself i will go to Scotland in the near future, having never been there, it being reasonably cheap to get to, and their being plenty people who love to drink booze!!

Not that there is anything wrong with traveling the world obviously what with me having seen more of it than England alone!!

That program would be called `Keeping Up Appearances` with Patricia Routledge as Hyacinth "Bouquet" Bucket, if memory serves. It can be alright, mostly for the common-as-muck relatives, particularly the truck-like Onslo who in real life has quite a posh accent, actually.
